Position Overview

RealFi is looking for a confident, organized, and ambitious individual who can contribute across marketing, sales, business development, operations, and administration. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding RealFi’s global presence by identifying new business opportunities, onboarding partnerships, acquiring merchants, managing influencer relationships, supporting company operations, and representing RealFi at conferences, meetings, and industry events.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth initiatives.
  • Reach out to merchants, businesses, enterprise clients, and strategic partners globally.
  • Generate leads, conduct outreach, and assist with closing partnership opportunities.
  • Onboard and manage strategic partnerships and business relationships.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, merchants, and partners.
  • Support customer development, retention, and account management.
  • Create, manage, and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage influencers, creators, and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Coordinate influencer campaigns and partnership promotions.
  • Improve brand visibility through SEO, social media, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Create presentations, pitch decks, partnership proposals, and business documents.
  • Draft and send professional emails, outreach campaigns, and follow-up communications.
  • Book meetings, coordinate schedules, and manage partnership communications.
  • Perform administrative and operational duties as required.
  • Help maintain company systems, processes, and internal infrastructure.
  • Maintain organized records of partnerships, customers, leads, and business activities.
  • Represent RealFi at conferences, exhibitions, networking events, and business meetings.
  • Speak confidently in front of large audiences when required.
  • Professionally represent the RealFi brand in public and business settings.

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing, sales, business development, operations, administration, account management, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, social media, and digital marketing.
  • Experience creating and managing marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
  • Experience with business partnership development.
  • Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities independently.
  • Professional, confident, and self-motivated.
  • Comfortable speaking publicly and representing the company.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in payments, fintech, technology, SaaS, or e-commerce.
  • Experience onboarding partnerships and managing business relationships.
  • Experience attending or speaking at conferences and industry events.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, sales tools, and business management software.
