Customer Service Coordinator
We are hiring a proactive Customer Service Coordinator to handle customer requests, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure service processes are completed smoothly.
This role requires strong communication skills, follow-up ability, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive customer inquiries and respond professionally
- Coordinate with internal teams to arrange the best service option for each customer
- Prepare quotations and confirm details with customers
- Manage documentation and service processing steps
- Follow up with customers until completion
- Maintain organized records of customer requests and updates
Requirements:
- Strong customer communication and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and follow up efficiently
- Languages Required: English & Urdu
- Arabic is a plus
- Experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus
- Basic computer skills (Excel, email, WhatsApp)
