Full job description

The Store Keeper is responsible for maintaining an organized, clean, and efficient storage area while ensuring accurate tracking of all inventory and deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain stores in a clean, organized, and safe condition at all times.
  • Receive deliveries, check quantities and quality, and match items with delivery notes.
  • Update and maintain the LPO tracking sheet and store records.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management.
  • Ensure proper FIFO (First In, First Out) stock rotation.
  • Record and file delivery notes and inventory documentation accurately.
  • Assist kitchen teams with issuing ingredients and supplies as required.

Requirements:

  • Good command of English (spoken and written).
  • Strong knowledge of stock control and inventory procedures.
  • Organized, reliable, and attentive to detail.
  • Previous storekeeping experience in food or catering operations is preferred.
