Full job description
The Store Keeper is responsible for maintaining an organized, clean, and efficient storage area while ensuring accurate tracking of all inventory and deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain stores in a clean, organized, and safe condition at all times.
- Receive deliveries, check quantities and quality, and match items with delivery notes.
- Update and maintain the LPO tracking sheet and store records.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management.
- Ensure proper FIFO (First In, First Out) stock rotation.
- Record and file delivery notes and inventory documentation accurately.
- Assist kitchen teams with issuing ingredients and supplies as required.
Requirements:
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
- Strong knowledge of stock control and inventory procedures.
- Organized, reliable, and attentive to detail.
- Previous storekeeping experience in food or catering operations is preferred.
