Compactor/Roller Operator

Job Description

We are looking for a Compactor/Roller Operator to perform compaction activities on roadworks and civil construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate rollers and compactors safely.
• Compact soil, gravel, asphalt, and other materials.
• Achieve required compaction standards.
• Conduct equipment inspections and maintenance checks.
• Follow project specifications and safety procedures.
• Report defects and operational issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Valid operator certification.
• Experience in road construction projects.
• Knowledge of compaction techniques and standards.
