We are seeking an experienced IT Executive with a strong background in retail pharmacy operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Prime Software, IT infrastructure, CCTV systems, biometric devices, and branch-level technical support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across multiple pharmacy locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for Prime Software, including item master management, billing issues, GRV support, item conversions, and system troubleshooting.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, servers, printers, barcode scanners, and network devices.
  • Manage Windows installations, software updates, and branch connectivity requirements.
  • Generate and maintain barcode labels for new and bulk inventory items.
  • Support bill cancellation processes and system-related operational requests.
  • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot biometric attendance systems and CCTV cameras.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with branches, vendors, and internal departments to ensure uninterrupted business operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, preferably within a retail pharmacy environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Prime Software, Windows operating systems, networking, CCTV systems, and biometric devices.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel between branches when required.
