TOUQ Readymix & Drymix is looking for a Sales Executive to drive business growth, manage key accounts, and expand our market presence in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client requirements including site visits, volume estimation, and mix design coordination.
- Develop new business and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
- Negotiate contracts and achieve assigned sales, market share, and profit targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and resolve client issues.
- Monitor quotations, orders, and payment collections effectively.
- Strengthen relationships with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders while promoting the TOUQ brand.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in concrete / cement / construction sales.
- Strong knowledge of concrete technology and ready-mix products.
- Experience in cement production processes and construction materials is preferred.
- Proven ability in sales negotiation, client relationship management, and account handling.
