Bedia Pottery LLC is a high-end ceramics studio in a prime location, surrounded by art galleries and designed with an exclusive interior. We offer pottery workshops for schools, businesses, and private clients, creating a unique and creative experience. Now, we are looking for a versatile Electrician with a passion for learning new skills especially pottery!
Your Role
As a Electrician & Future Pottery Instructor, your job will have two main aspects:
1. Handyman Tasks:
– Perform general repairs and maintenance in our studio and workshop areas.
-Assist with installing and maintaining pottery equipment (kilns, wheels, etc.).
-Ensure the studio is well-organized, safe, and functional for customers.
2. Pottery Training & Teaching:
-Learn pottery skills from our professional team (no prior experience required).
-Gain confidence in working with clay, shaping, and glazing techniques.
-After training, help instruct customers in workshops, sharing your new skills.
Who We’ re Looking For
-Hands-on skills in maintenance, repair work, and technical tasks.
-Willingness to learn pottery and teach it to others over time.
-Friendly and patient personality, great with customers.
-Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
-Any experience in art, crafts, or teaching is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Serve coffee and water to customers during pottery workshops.
- Ensure a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all workshop participants.
- Address customer inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
- Workshop Organization:
- Coordinate and organize birthday workshops for both kids and adults.
- Collaborate with the pottery instructor to ensure smooth workshop flow.
- Assist in setting up and arranging workshop materials and supplies.
- Cleanliness and Maintenance:
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of workspaces before, during, and after workshops.
- Assist in organizing and storing workshop materials.
- Ensure the overall cleanliness of the workshop area.
- Learning and Support:
- Participate in a crash course to learn basic pottery wheel and handbuilding techniques.
- Provide support to the pottery instructor during workshops.
- Assist participants with basic pottery-related inquiries.
