Hiring: Admin Assistant / Receptionist

We are hiring an Admin Assistant / Receptionist to support daily office operations and front‑desk management. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and proactive.

Requirements:

  • Real estate experience is a plus
  • Knowledgeable about CRM systems (Bitrix24 preferred)
  • Familiar with UAE real estate projects
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Freshers are welcome
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Drive
  • Professional appearance and customer‑service mindset

Responsibilities:

  • Front‑desk and visitor management
  • Handling calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Scheduling and calendar coordination
  • Document preparation and filing
  • Supporting HR and operations with admin tasks
  • Maintaining an organized reception and office environment
