Job Description:

The role required a Motivated Team Leader with 5+ years of hands-on experience in a fast-paced work environment with and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Main focuses will be overseeing the staff, scheduling shifts, delegating, motivating, and managing any conflict.
• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
• Set clear team goals for the team and achieve it.
• Delegate tasks and set deadlines.
• Oversee day-to-day Sales Activity.
• Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
• Strictly follow compliance guideline set by Bank.
• Discover training needs and provide coaching.
• Effective communication skills, strong ethics, empathy, technical expertise, and the ability to inspire employees.

Requirements:

• Minimum two-year experience Managing Retail Banking sales Team
• Highly driven, self-motivated, target orientated individual
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow

Pay: AED8,000.00 – AED10,000.00 per month
