General Electrician – Villa Construction & Renovation

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced General Electrician to join our team for villa construction and renovation projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in residential electrical works and general villa maintenance, with the ability to read and understand electrical drawings and technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform electrical installation works for villas and residential buildings.
• Carry out electrical panel dressing, conduit piping, wiring, and termination works.
• Install conduit pipes, cable trays, and wiring systems in accordance with approved drawings.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, and specifications.
• Install switches, sockets, lighting fixtures, DB panels, and other electrical components.
• Troubleshoot and rectify electrical faults and issues when required.
• Perform general maintenance works in villas, including basic electrical repairs, minor plumbing support, fixture replacements, and other routine maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and project requirements.
• Coordinate with supervisors and site personnel to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a General Electrician in villa or residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical panel dressing, conduit piping, and wiring installations.
• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and schematics.
• Familiarity with electrical tools, materials, and safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and Urdu; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage but not mandatory.
