We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive / Business Development Officer (BDO) with 2–3 years of sales experience to join our growing team. Candidates with experience in the construction, interior fit-out, landscaping, or related industries will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales and business growth strategies.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities and leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Explore new market opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of proven experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
• Experience in construction, interior fit-out, landscaping, or related industries is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• UAE Driving License is mandatory

Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
