Responsibilites

  • Manage all aspects of employee visa processes including new applications, renewals, transfers, and cancellations.
  • Handle labor approvals, work permits, employment contracts, and related documentation through the Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation (MOHRE).
  • Manage immigration-related processes including Emirates ID, medical tests, residence visa stamping, and renewals.
  • Liaise with government bodies such as MOHRE, Immigration, Free Zone Authorities, and other relevant entities to ensure timely processing.
  • Stay updated on UAE labor laws, immigration regulations, and company compliance requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of all visa and government-related transactions.
  • Support company licensing requirements, renewals, and related approvals.
  • Coordinate with employees to ensure timely collection and submission of necessary documents.
  • Assist with other administrative and government liaison tasks as required.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a PRO or government liaison role in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, immigration regulations, and mainland government authority processes.
  • Established network/contacts within MOHRE, Immigration, and other authorities is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
