Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project execution for complex, high-impact initiatives, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables in Water division.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
  • Build and maintain client relationships by serving as the primary point of contact, trusted advisor and fostering long-term trust.
  • Communicate proactively to align expectations, share updates, and ensure seamless client experience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure integrated service delivery.
  • Leverage client feedback and insights to support continuous improvement and inform service enhancements.

Qualifications

  • 3 – 6 years of experience in a client-facing role such as Project Manager or Account Manager.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Strong Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding goals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
