Your Impact

- Ensure biological samples reach the lab safely and on time

- Strengthen operational excellence through accurate Salesforce and Navision use
What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer care and service coordination
- Manage daily sample reception and cold‑chain logistics
- Use Salesforce to track cases and client interactions
- Register patient and sample data in Navision with precision
- Maintain documentation, traceability, and SOP compliance
- Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Laboratory teams to exceed client expectations
What You Bring
- A passion for service and operational excellence
- A bachelor’s degree, preferably in a healthcare‑related field
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or laboratory workflows
- Experience with Salesforce and/or Navision
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to thrive in a regulated, fast‑paced environment
- Excellent communication, empathy, and patient care skills
- Ability to speak Arabic (preferred/advantageous) to support regional patients
