What You’ll Do

  • Deliver exceptional customer care and service coordination
  • Manage daily sample reception and cold‑chain logistics
  • Use Salesforce to track cases and client interactions
  • Register patient and sample data in Navision with precision
  • Maintain documentation, traceability, and SOP compliance
  • Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Laboratory teams to exceed client expectations

What You Bring

  • A passion for service and operational excellence
  • A bachelor’s degree, preferably in a healthcare‑related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or laboratory workflows
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or Navision
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to thrive in a regulated, fast‑paced environment
  • Excellent communication, empathy, and patient care skills
  • Ability to speak Arabic (preferred/advantageous) to support regional patients
