About the Role:

Buy Sell Let Real Estate is looking for motivated and results-driven Property Consultants specializing in both off-plan and secondary market properties to join our team in Business Bay. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about real estate and driven to achieve strong sales results.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 months to 1 year of experience in the Dubai real estate market
• Preference for candidates with 3+ years of proven sales experience
• Experience in off-plan and/or secondary property sales is highly desirable
• Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills
• Good knowledge of major Dubai developers and investment fundamentals (ROI, payment plans)
• Valid RERA certification is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and convert inquiries into successful sales
• Handle both off-plan and secondary property transactions
• Represent the company at developer sales centers
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with clients and close deals efficiently
