Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Outdoor Sales Executive to drive sales of luggage, travel accessories, backpacks, and related products across the UAE market. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing customer accounts, and achieving sales targets through regular market visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, supermarkets, hypermarkets, department stores, and corporate customers.
- Conduct regular outdoor sales visits to generate new business and expand market coverage.
- Promote and sell the company’s luggage and travel accessory products.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable product solutions.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales deals.
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, and payment collections.
- Ensure proper product visibility and merchandising at customer locations.
- Submit regular sales reports and market updates to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of outdoor sales experience in luggage, travel accessories, bags, retail products, FMCG, or consumer goods.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages will be an advantage.
