Key Responsibilities
- Make daily outbound calls to customers, contractors, consultants, and engineers.
- Introduce and promote the company’s building materials, tiles, porcelain, sanitary ware, and bathroom products.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and generate sales leads.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team when required.
- Update customer records and call reports regularly.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred.
- Experience in the building materials, tiles, sanitary ware, or construction industry is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
