Arabic Telecaller

Key Responsibilities

  • Make daily outbound calls to customers, contractors, consultants, and engineers.
  • Introduce and promote the company’s building materials, tiles, porcelain, sanitary ware, and bathroom products.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and generate sales leads.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team when required.
  • Update customer records and call reports regularly.
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred.
  • Experience in the building materials, tiles, sanitary ware, or construction industry is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
