Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Outdoor Salesman to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, visiting clients, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. The candidate must be confident in field sales activities, possess excellent communication skills, and be willing to travel regularly to meet customers and secure new orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit existing and prospective clients to promote company products and services.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Achieve and exceed assigned monthly sales targets.
• Conduct product presentations and negotiate sales agreements.
• Follow up on quotations, inquiries, and pending orders.
• Secure new orders and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales reports and update management on market activities.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of Outdoor Sales experience in the UAE (preferred).
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
• Comfortable working in the field and visiting clients regularly.
• Proven ability to meet and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales and customer relationship management.
• Knowledge of the UAE market and business environment.

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
