Full job description

  • Cross-Department Supervision: Oversee and sync the daily activities of the listing, marketing, and sales departments.
  • Listing Management: Supervise CRM listing quality, ensure portal compliance, and track premium property placements.
  • Marketing & Lead Optimization: Align marketing campaigns with sales needs and manage the distribution and quality of inbound leads.
  • Market Expertise: Stay fully updated on all new project launches, developer updates, and market trends.
  • Hands-on Operations: Act as a working supervisor who understands every detail of the real estate broker workflow.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven operations experience in a real estate brokerage.
  • Deep understanding of real estate CRMs (e.g., Bitrix, Property Finder, Bayut, CRM systems) and lead management.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate digital marketing, lead generation, and sales pipelines.
  • Comprehensive, up-to-date knowledge of major developers and upcoming new project launches.
  • A hands-on leader who knows the business inside out and can step in to support any team member.

Pay: AED10,000.00 – AED15,000.00 per month
