*About the Role:*

We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Content Creator & Manager to manage two lifestyle/food-focused accounts. This role involves a mix of content creation, editing, scheduling, and community engagement. You’ll be responsible for bringing the brand’s personality to life online and growing authentic connections with our audience.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* *Content Creation:* Film and edit engaging video/photo content (primarily short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels).

* *Content Strategy:* Develop content calendars, plan campaigns, and organize posting schedules.

* *Community Management:* Respond to comments, DMs, and audience interactions in a warm and authentic tone.

* *Trend Spotting:* Stay up to date with current TikTok and Instagram trends, sounds, and best practices.

* *Analytics & Optimization:* Track performance of posts, provide insights, and adapt strategy to improve reach and engagement.

* *On-Site Filming:* Attend 1 on-site session per week to batch film content (remaining tasks will be remote).

*Requirements:*

* Proven experience creating and managing content on TikTok and Instagram.

* Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, or similar tools).

* Ability to develop engaging, trend-aware, and aesthetic content.

* Strong communication skills for audience engagement and collaboration.

* *Punctuality & Reliability are a must* → deadlines must be respected, tasks delivered on time, and commitment upheld.

* Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage posting schedules.

* Bonus: Interest in food, lifestyle, or creative industries.
