Glamour Group International is a UAE-based company headquartered in Abu Dhabi and operating as part of the Glamour Group. The company specializes in turnkey construction and interior solutions, including flooring systems, artificial turf, and fit-out services. With a comprehensive approach, Glamour Group International manages projects from design and material supply through to installation and completion, serving a wide range of sectors such as commercial, residential, and institutional developments.

• We are currently seeking a Procurement Officer to join our Abu Dhabi branch. The ideal candidate will have strong driving skills, attention to detail, and experience in construction and interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best quality, price, and terms.
• Manage procurement budgets and ensure effective cost control.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials, equipment, and services.
• Oversee inventory management and warehouse coordination, including international shipments.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure smooth import/export operations.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation, and reporting.
• Support basic accounting tasks related to purchase orders, invoices, and payments

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of procurement experience in a civil contracting company.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and logistics management.
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Immediate availability to join is required.
