Document Controller

Abul Hashem Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing company documents, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring proper document control procedures are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and organize company files, records, and documentation.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain an efficient documentation management system to ensure proper control, storage, retrieval, and archiving of company documents.
  • Ensure all documents are properly filed, archived, and easily retrievable.
  • Control the distribution of documents and maintain document registers.
  • Monitor document revisions and ensure the latest versions are available to relevant departments.
  • Establish and improve document control procedures, workflows, and filing structures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and administrative documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of company records.
  • Coordinate with various departments regarding document submissions and updates.
  • Ensure compliance with company document control procedures, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct periodic audits of documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Train and support employees on document management procedures and best practices.
  • Support administrative and office operations as required.

Requirements:

· Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role.

· Strong filing, record-keeping, and document management skills.

· Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
