Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and vigilant Warehouse Watchman to safeguard warehouse premises, inventory, equipment, and personnel. The ideal candidate will monitor access points, conduct regular patrols, maintain security records, and ensure the safety and security of the facility at all times. Typical warehouse watchman duties include access control, patrolling, CCTV monitoring, incident reporting, and preventing unauthorized entry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
• Conduct routine patrols of warehouse premises, parking areas, and perimeter fences.
• Prevent unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and other security breaches.
• Monitor CCTV cameras, alarms, and security systems.
• Inspect doors, gates, loading docks, and storage areas to ensure they are secure.
• Maintain visitor, vehicle, and incident logs.
• Report suspicious activities, security concerns, accidents, or emergencies to management.
• Assist during emergencies, evacuations, and safety incidents.
• Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with supervisors and emergency services when required.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a watchman, security guard, or warehouse security personnel is preferred.
• Good observation and communication skills.
• Ability to work day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Physically fit and able to perform regular patrols.
• Basic knowledge of security procedures and incident reporting.
• SIRA certification is an advantage (for UAE applicants).
