- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly attitude
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage online, phone, and in-person reservations
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner
- Provide information about hotel services, room rates, and local attractions
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Ensure front desk and lobby area are clean and organized
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs
- Maintain security by following procedures and monitoring logbooks
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
