  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly attitude
  • Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
  • Manage online, phone, and in-person reservations
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner
  • Provide information about hotel services, room rates, and local attractions
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
  • Ensure front desk and lobby area are clean and organized
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs
  • Maintain security by following procedures and monitoring logbooks
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
