We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Executive to manage day-to-day office operations, documentation, and coordination with internal teams and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize company records, documents, and files
  • Handle data entry and update internal systems (Excel/CRM)
  • Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and clients for documentation
  • Assist in preparing reports, agreements, and official correspondence
  • Liaise with clients for contract renewals, new agreements, and documentation
  • Manage calls, emails, and basic office communication
  • Track leads, bookings, and sales-related data
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Prior admin or office experience preferred

Pay: AED1,800.00 – AED2,000.00 per month
