– Creating Sales/Business Development Strategies to Boost Business Volumes.

– Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and industry practices.

– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders effectively.

– Proactive and self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

– Result-oriented and capable of meeting sales targets and deadlines.

– Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
