Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Fitness Sales Representative who will serve as the link between our platform and gyms/trainers. You will visit gyms, build relationships with fitness professionals, and onboard them to use our platform with their clients.

This is a field sales role that requires strong interpersonal skills, a passion for fitness and health, and the ability to explain the benefits of our platform in a clear and engaging way.

Key Responsibilities

· Visit gyms and fitness centers daily to introduce our online platform.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with personal trainers and coaches.

· Educate trainers on how the platform works and how it benefits both them and their clients.

· Onboard trainers to the platform and support them through their first client order.

· Provide ongoing assistance and resolve queries quickly.

· Track leads, gym visits, and trainer sign-ups in CRM/Excel trackers.

· Achieve weekly targets for new trainer sign-ups and client orders.

· Represent the brand with professionalism and passion for wellness.

Requirements

· Previous experience in sales, field sales, or fitness/health industry preferred.

· Strong interest in health, supplements, and sports nutrition.

· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

· Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.

· Valid UAE driving license required.
