We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Russian-Speaking Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product selection, driving sales, and ensuring an outstanding shopping experience for Russian-speaking customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Communicate effectively with Russian-speaking customers to understand their needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Promote products, offers, and loyalty programs to customers.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals and promotions.
• Ensure merchandise is properly displayed and shelves are well-stocked.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints efficiently.
• Process sales transactions accurately through the POS system.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
• Support inventory management and stock replenishment activities.

Requirements

• Fluent in Russian and English (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
