Job Responsibilities

  • Promote and explain the company’s healthcare and homecare services to potential clients, patients, families, and referral partners.
  • Handle incoming enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, or walk-ins in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assess client needs and recommend suitable healthcare or homecare services based on the patient’s condition, care requirements, and preferences.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, caregivers, care coordinators, and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Support the client onboarding process, including explaining service packages, collecting required information, and arranging initial assessments.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, families, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare referral sources.
  • Follow up with leads and potential clients to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Prepare quotations, service proposals, and basic care service information for clients when required.
  • Schedule appointments, assessments, nurse visits, caregiver services, or other healthcare services as needed.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of client details, enquiries, service requests, feedback, and follow-up records.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and coordinate with internal teams to resolve service concerns or complaints.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with company policies, healthcare standards, confidentiality requirements, and patient privacy guidelines.
  • Educate clients and families about available services, care options, pricing, and required procedures.
  • Support business development activities by identifying new client opportunities and potential partnerships.
  • Coordinate with billing or accounts teams regarding payment follow-ups, invoices, and service confirmations when needed.
  • Prepare regular reports on enquiries, conversions, client feedback, and service performance.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of the company’s healthcare services, homecare packages, and operational procedures.
  • Represent the company professionally in all client, patient, and partner interactions.
