D Luxe Car Care is currently hiring a Call Center Representative to join our growing team in Dubai.

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused individual who can handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service in both Arabic and English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally
  • Provide accurate information about services and packages
  • Assist customers with bookings and inquiries
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal teams when needed
  • Record and update customer information in the system

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken & written)
  • Previous experience in call center or customer service is a plus
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and professional behavior
