What We’re Looking For
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Thorough knowledge, familiarity and interest in social media.
- Previous experience creating content for TikTok and YouTube is a plus.
- A Proactive Nature, coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, ensuring that every aspect of the operation is Curated to Perfection.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with Guests, FIVE Tribe Members, and stakeholders.
- Next-Level Organisational and Time-Management skills, effectively leading and inspiring the FIVE Tribe to New Heights.
- Skills in Improving Customer Satisfaction and Driving Profitability, showcasing a commitment to Industry-Leading Standards.
- ‘FIVE-Styled’ Visionary thinking by finding creative solutions, while taking Ownership for all duties and tasks assigned.
- Computer literacy, with a mastery of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and all Social Media Platforms.
- Proficient in Copywriting and Communications.
- Fluent in both verbal and written English (Additional languages are a plus).
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on the requirements of the Hotel.
- A hands-on attitude, fuelled by a ‘Can-Do!’ Spirit.
Key Responsibilities
- Creates, Curates, and Manages Content across various Social Media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Elevates FIVE’s online reputation by Addressing Guest Concerns to ensure ‘FIVE-Styled’ customer service.
- Oversees and Actively Engages with FIVE’s online community, Responding to Comments, Questions, and Reviews, elevating FIVE’s Community Management to new heights.
- Crafts Insta-Worthy Copy that communicates the ‘Vibe at FIVE.’
- Produces Sensational Content that highlights FIVE’s award-winning dining and nightlife offerings and promotions, while maintaining FIVE’s Signature Tone of Voice.
- Acts as the Brand Guardian, ensuring that Written Content and Comments maintain a Consistent Tone, Style, and Messaging, across all platforms.
- Manages and Follows a regular Posting Schedule, ensuring consistency and reliability.
- Reviews Content with attention to detail, assuring Accuracy, Correct Grammar, and Style, ensuring high-quality and error-free material.
- Tracks and Analyses key Social Media Metrics to assess the performance of Campaigns and Content.
- Prepares and Distributes insightful and thorough Social Media Performance and Analysis reports.
- Captures Video Content during Photoshoots, Events and Activations for FIVE’s social media stories.
- Monitors and Manages online review platforms, responding appropriately and promptly to comments.
- Builds and Fosters an Engaged Online Community, to maintain FIVE’s competitive digital edge.
- Conducts Research on Industry Trends, Competitor Strategies, and Emerging Digital Marketing Technologies, demonstrating a strong commitment to maintaining industry-leading standards.
- Works with other ‘FIVERs’ to Develop and Execute new event concepts.
