We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused barista to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, enjoys creating and improving drink specials and welcoming experiences for guests, and can prepare quality signature beverages while maintaining excellent service standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages according to company standards.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, dining area, and equipment.
• Ensure proper food handling and hygiene standards are followed.
• Restock ingredients, supplies, and display items as needed.
• Monitor product quality and consistency in every beverage served.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.
• Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role with a minimum of 1 year is required.

REQUIRED

• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso machines is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and attention to detail and quality standards.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
• Handle and maintain Stocks and inventory according to coffee station requirements

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
