What You’ll Do
- Create, deliver and report on virtual and in-person ILT training and onboarding sessions nationally
- Empower Sales/Delivery field teams to drive individual and team performance leaning on One Motion principles and relevant sales techniques for the Sales Org
- Foster an engaging learning environment by applying various training strategies and adult learning practises
- Identify, analyse and track training effectiveness using data driven methodologies
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the Middle East to remain in-the-know of local and regional priorities. Ensuring a feedback loop between leadership and field teams to enable continuous improvement
- Conduct new joiner onboarding programmes including Launchpad and Sales/Delivery specific training
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in facilitating virtual and in-person instructor-led training
- Fluent Arabic and English speaker with oral and written proficiency
- Proven track record in sales with a strong grasp of sales techniques
- Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
- Ability to problem solve and ‘think outside the box’
- This role requires frequent travel across the Middle East
