We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Events & Client Services Coordinator to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administration, client communication, and event coordination, and has excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming event and wedding enquiries
  • Research prospective clients and business opportunities
  • Prepare quotations and proposals
  • Manage administrative tasks and data entry
  • Maintain accurate customer and event records
  • Support the events and customer service teams
  • Follow up on leads and client requests

Requirements:

✔ Excellent typing speed (60+ WPM preferred)
✔ Strong administrative and organisational skills
✔ Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
✔ Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
✔ Experience with customer service, events, or administration is an advantage
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Experience within events, hospitality, weddings, or the floral industry would be a bonus but is not essential.
