Job Summary:
Customer Service at McCoin is a core operational and risk control function. This role requires individuals who can operate with speed, precision, and sound judgment in a high-stakes environment where customer experience, financial transactions, and regulatory expectations intersect.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Customer inquiries via chat, email, and ticketing systems
- Deliver clear, structured, and solution-oriented response
- Support onboarding, KYC, Deposits, withdrawals and transactions
- Identify and escalate risk, fraud, and compliance issues
- Maintain SLA targets and prioritize effectively
Required Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1–3 years in customer support (Fintech/Crypto preferred)
- Experience in high-volume environments
Skills & Tools
- Strong communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to multitask in high-volume environments
- Problem-solving mindset
- Basic understanding of crypto and KYC
- Experience with CRM tools
