We are looking for a highly creative Social Media Manager & Content Creator to lead the creation and management of social media content across our brands. This role combines strategy, storytelling, and hands-on production, from planning and scripting to filming, editing, and publishing engaging content for Instagram and TikTok.

The ideal candidate understands social media trends, has strong visual storytelling skills, and can independently produce high-quality short-form content that captures attention and drives engagement.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation

  • Plan, script, film, and edit high-impact short-form content for Instagram and TikTok.
  • Create engaging Reels, TikToks, and social media videos aligned with brand identity.
  • Capture behind-the-scenes content, product features, and lifestyle moments.
  • Produce photo and video content for social media campaigns, launches, and events.

Social Media Management

  • Manage daily posting across Instagram and TikTok for multiple brands.
  • Develop and execute monthly content calendars.
  • Write engaging captions and hooks optimized for social media performance.
  • Monitor trends, viral formats, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant.

Editing & Production

  • Edit short-form video content using CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Retouch and enhance photos using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
  • Ensure all content meets brand visual standards and maintains a consistent aesthetic.

Strategy & Performance

  • Analyze content performance and optimize based on engagement metrics.
  • Experiment with new formats, storytelling styles, and viral trends.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop creative campaign ideas.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok content trends
  • Experience planning and producing short-form video content
  • Proficiency in: English
  • CapCut
  • Adobe Premiere Pro

  • Adobe Lightroom
  • Ability to film high-quality content using a phone or camera
  • Strong storytelling and visual composition skills
