Key Responsibilities
· Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the clinic premises, including reception, treatment rooms, pantry, and common areas.
· Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to patients, visitors, and staff as required.
· Assist with office errands, document deliveries, and collection of supplies.
· Monitor and replenish pantry, cleaning, and office supplies.
· Support clinic staff with general administrative and operational tasks when needed.
· Ensure waste is disposed of properly and in accordance with clinic procedures.
· Assist in arranging meeting rooms and preparing for internal meetings.
· Report any maintenance issues or facility concerns to management.
Requirements
· Previous experience as an Office Boy, Cleaner, or similar support role.
· Basic communication skills in English.
· Well-groomed, courteous, and professional.
· Physically fit and able to perform cleaning and support duties.
· Honest, punctual, and dependable.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
· Previous experience in a healthcare, dental, or medical facility.
· Familiarity with hygiene and cleanliness standards.
· UAE experience preferred.
