PTWL is seeking a reliable and hardworking Office Boy / Office Assistant to support the daily administrative and office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining office cleanliness, serving refreshments, handling document deliveries, and assisting with general office support duties.

Key Responsibilities1. Hospitality & Pantry Management

  • Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff, visitors, and management.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pantry area.
  • Monitor pantry supplies and report replenishment requirements.
  • Ensure meeting rooms are prepared with refreshments when required.

2. Office Maintenance & Housekeeping

  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of office premises, meeting rooms, reception areas, and workstations.
  • Ensure office furniture, equipment, and common areas are properly maintained.
  • Assist in maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment.

3. Administrative Support

  • Assist with photocopying, scanning, printing, filing, and organizing documents.
  • Support administrative staff with routine office tasks and documentation.
  • Arrange and organize files, records, and office documents as instructed.

4. Courier & Document Handling

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and document distribution.
  • Deliver and collect documents from banks, government departments, suppliers, clients, and other locations as required.
  • Ensure timely and secure handling of company documents.

5. Office Supplies Management

  • Monitor office stationery and supply inventory levels.
  • Assist in receiving and organizing office supplies and consumables.
  • Report shortages and support procurement requests for office requirements.

6. Meeting & Event Support

  • Set up meeting rooms prior to meetings and presentations.
  • Assist with office events, training sessions, and company gatherings.
  • Ensure meeting areas are clean and organized before and after use.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as an Office Boy, Office Assistant, Messenger, or similar role is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of office procedures and document handling.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Honest, reliable, and well-organized.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks and follow instructions efficiently.
  • Familiarity with UAE roads and locations is an advantage.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
