Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Secretary with prior hospitality industry experience to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and Executive Team.
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of management.
- Maintain confidential records, documents, and files.
- Follow up on departmental action plans and management directives.
- Organize executive meetings, events, and guest appointments.
- Liaise with department heads to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Assist in preparing monthly reports, budgets, and operational documentation.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary, preferably within the hospitality or hotel industry.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations and corporate administration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Professional appearance and interpersonal skills.
