We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused individual to become the voice of our brand.
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in creating positive experiences and building lasting relationships. From handling inquiries and processing orders to resolving concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction, you’ll help deliver the high standard of service our customers expect.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in person
- Process orders, track deliveries, and follow up with customers
- Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products
- Gather customer feedback to support continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in and English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities
- 1–3 years of customer service, hospitality, or client-facing experience preferred
- Experience using phone systems, email, WhatsApp Business, and CRM software
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
- Interest or experience in the coffee or F&B industry is an advantage
