Job Summary

  • Performs all the necessary task that required in line with the departmental Manual and SOP’s
  • Ensure that entrance area and display counters are clean, tidy, fresh and appealing.
  • Ensure that all promotional material and flyers are neatly arranged, are clean and presentable and the newspaper are not over date more one day.
  • Answer phones clearly and politely in the correct manner, as is described in the service standard.
  • Aware of all in house information and happenings so as to give the guest the correct information.
  • Assist the service staff with prompt clearing of tables, during and after service to the guest.

Qualifications

  • At least two years of experience in similar or waitress position.
  • Standing & Walking for long hours.
  • Great communication skills
  • Broad product knowledge regarding food and beverage
  • Good verbal and written communication skills – intermediate in English Language
  • Knowledge on POS and Telephone Etiquette
