Duties & Responsibilities

  • Providing customers with detailed and accurate quotations and cost calculations
  • Meeting with clients virtually or in person
  • Building and maintaining relationships with prospects and clients by providing necessary information and support
  • Responding to customer’s requests or queries in a timely manner with all the required information
  • Staying current with trends and competitors for customer service improvement
  • Sales reporting and reviewing performance
  • Assist managers in sales strategy development
  • Meet Sales Targets and those of the team as a whole
  • Working towards achieving sales target; collaborating with the team to achieve even better results
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
  • Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
  • Following company rules and regulations
  • Adhering with applying the Corporate Identity in all company featuring
  • Adhering with the company policy and procedures manual
  • Updating oneself with any changes in the company manual
  • Performing any other related work as required.
  • Monitoring and following up the Company’s all subscribed system software such as Avinode, Leon, CH-Aviation, PPS and other more.
  • Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns and marketing strategies.
  • Represent Mayfair Jets on-camera for brand videos, interviews, and social media content.
  • Develop and manage relationships with media, influencers, and other stakeholders.
  • Draft press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials.
  • Support social media initiatives, ensuring engaging and brand-aligned content.
  • Monitor and report on media coverage and marketing campaign effectiveness.
  • Create awareness of and develop the brand you’re marketing
  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
  • Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
  • Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships
  • Writing and proofreading creative copy
  • Present weekly reports to the management about market trends related to the industry
  • Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
  • Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure that tasks are completed and programmes are delivered on time
  • Seeking new opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media channels
  • Negotiating contracts, quotations and packages to obtain the best deal for both customers and the organization
  • Participating in trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings for business development
