Bagu Tobacco Technology FZ-LLC is hiring a Production Supervisor for our Tobacco manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will oversee daily production operations, ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, manage production teams, and achieve operational targets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise daily production activities and shift operations
• Ensure production targets and KPIs are achieved
• Monitor product quality and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Lead, train, and motivate production staff
• Minimize downtime and improve production efficiency
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams
• Ensure workplace safety and adherence to company policies
• Prepare production reports and shift documentation
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• 3–5 years of production supervision experience in Tobacco, FMCG, or manufacturing industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of production planning, quality systems, and safety standards
• Ability to work under pressure and manage shift operations
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Skills :

• Experience in Cigarette/Tobacco manufacturing processes
• Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience

Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
