Senior Store Keeper

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Senior Store Keeper to manage inventory, oversee store operations, and ensure proper stock control. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in handling inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day store and inventory operations.
  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification.
  • Issue materials as per company procedures.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and housekeeping of the store.
  • Coordinate with procurement, accounts, and operations
  • Maintain compliance with company safety and inventory policies.
  • Also look into purchasing of new equipment required for restaurant purchase
  • Maintain the logs of maintenance done in the restaurant
  • Store cleanliness and standards to be maintained as per Dubai municipality requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Store Keeper or Senior Store Keeper.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel, inventory software, ERP systems preferred).
  • Strong communication and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
