Full job description

We are looking for a motivated Junior IT Help Desk Support to join our team.

What you’ll do:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve network and system issues.
  • Configure and install IT solutions.
  • Set up new users and manage security passwords.
  • Communicate technical issues clearly to users.
  • Learn and grow with new technical concepts.

Preferred/Advantageous Skills:

  • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Experience with Active Directory.
  • Experience in troubleshooting
  • Floor support
  • Trouble shooting
  • Strong general computer proficiency.

Background/Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience in a similar position.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is advantageous.
