We are looking for a motivated Junior IT Help Desk Support to join our team.
What you’ll do:
- Troubleshoot and resolve network and system issues.
- Configure and install IT solutions.
- Set up new users and manage security passwords.
- Communicate technical issues clearly to users.
- Learn and grow with new technical concepts.
Preferred/Advantageous Skills:
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
- Experience with Active Directory.
- Experience in troubleshooting
- Floor support
- Trouble shooting
- Strong general computer proficiency.
Background/Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is advantageous.
