About the Role
Square Yards UAE is seeking ambitious, target-driven, and customer-focused Real Estate Agents to join our growing Off-Plan Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, advising investors, promoting off-plan projects from leading UAE developers, and successfully closing property transactions. The role requires strong sales skills, market knowledge, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell off-plan properties from leading UAE developers.
- Generate new business through cold calling, referrals, networking, social media, and property portals.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and investors.
- Conduct client consultations to understand investment objectives and property requirements.
- Present project details, payment plans, ROI projections, and market insights.
- Arrange and conduct property presentations, site visits, and developer meetings.
- Negotiate and close property transactions while ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.
- Stay updated on Dubai and UAE real estate market trends, regulations, and developer launches.
- Update and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of UAE real estate experience (Off-Plan preferred).
- Proven track record in sales and client relationship management.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the Dubai/UAE property market and major developers.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Multilingual candidates will have an added advantage.
- Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
