Full job description

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable
  • Handle courier services
  • Maintain visitor logs
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
  • Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry and document preparation
  • Assist HR or Admin teams with routine tasks when required
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when needed

Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED2,500.00 per month
