About Us

We are a leading Fire & Safety company in Abu Dhabi, providing high-quality safety solutions, maintenance services, and life-safety systems. We are seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our team and support the full spectrum of HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Handle employee visa processing, labour contract processing by coordinating with typing center
  • Maintain HR records, employee files, leave management, and attendance tracking.
  • Prepare employee contracts, offer letters, NOCs, and HR-related documents.
  • Payroll processing and ensure timely submission of relevant data.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
  • Assist with performance management, training coordination, and employee relations.
  • Address employee queries and support daily HR administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 1–2 years HR experience in the UAE (fire & safety industry preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, visa processes, and HR documentation.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Sponsorship Visa holders are preferred
