Driver

We are a newly established holiday homes and short-term rental company in Dubai and are looking for a reliable, responsible, and long-term Driver & Guest Relations Assistant to join our growing team.

Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Transportation

• Pick up guests from Dubai airports and transport them safely to their apartments.
• Assist guests with luggage and help carry belongings to their rooms.
• Provide a friendly welcome and basic information about the property.

Check-in & Check-out Support

• Assist guests with the check-in process.
• Coordinate guest check-outs and ensure a smooth departure experience.
• Inspect properties after guest check-out.

Property Operations

• Coordinate with cleaning staff after guest departures.
• Conduct property inspections to ensure apartments are clean, prepared, and ready for the next guest.
• Report maintenance issues or property concerns to management.

Purchasing & Administrative Support

• Assist management with purchasing supplies and household items for properties.
• Support supervisors with daily operational tasks related to holiday homes and short-term rentals.
• Follow management instructions and assist with other company-related duties as required.

Requirements

• Valid UAE driving license.
• Good knowledge of Dubai roads and locations.
• Responsible, punctual, and customer-service oriented.
• Basic English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage).
• Ability to lift and carry luggage when assisting guests.
• Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays when required.
• Long-term commitment preferred.
