Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to oversee our cleaning staff and ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across all assigned areas. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in supervising teams, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations and staff activities
• Assign tasks and inspect work to ensure quality standards are met
• Train new cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and place orders when needed
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations
• Respond to client or management complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure proper usage

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
• Basic computer skills (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in commercial or industrial cleaning environments
• Certification in cleaning or facility management (a plus)
